DAteam building was founded by Don who has lived and worked in Canada, Europe and Africa. Extensive years in the corporate world, enables Don to make the connection between business and team building, which is extremely effective, interactive and value based.

Don has extensive team building and interactive people skills experience and has worked in a number of corporate environments, mostly in Sales, Marketing or people-facing positions. He is known for his outstanding people skills and motivating of individuals from all walks of life. A sports and outdoor hiking enthusiast he is quite at home in the bush and the concrete jungle. 

One of our lead facilitators and equine specialist, Willie has over 25 years experience with equestrian (interactive skills with horses and people) including dressage, show-jumping and training. Willie is also a fitness instructor. As such our delegates can expect to get a knowledge packed, high energetic role model for team events.

Having worked as a medical technologist for many years at the Institute for Medical Research, Deborah has high attention to detail, and a sharp analytical mind. These skills enable Deborah to see and read situations that various companies face and offer value based solutions.

After leaving the laboratory Deborah followed a career path in Sales and Instrument training both in SA and UK. She is also an avid sports woman, gardener with a love of cooking.

A plumber by trade, he has a warm temprement that goes with the 'flow'. An outdoor enthusiast with a good understanding of nature (and a competent chef), Brad has a quiet but powerful way of motivating teams to succeed.

A nature lover and Equestrian specialist, Caroline soon becomes a favourite team facilitator with her bubbly personality. Previous experience in the hospitality industry makes the move into a facilitation role ideal with a good understanding of how “people tick”.

Known as a photographer of note, Adolf brings his passion of photography to the team build events. His quiet and unassuming manner safely delivers our precious cargo (our clients) to the chosen venue for their team build events.
